I'm not usually one to put recommendations on Facebook. but it appears this might be the only way Goldmark might be willing to do something. It's been over a week and no one from the office I rent through, is able to answer any of my questions. I'm being told that there is a maintenance issue I have to pay for, and I'm asking for information about it, trying to get records of maintenance request and no one is responding to me with any information. Loyal tenant for almost 3 years and now that it time for something different there charging me for ridiculous things. I left my apartment spotless. And Payed my rent on time every month. They barge in when ever they want without notice. And they charge you for things just to collect money. If there was an option I would give a negative rating. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.
Garbage, dont give two shits about their tenants. Trying to screw me out of more money when I've already paid rent. Had a leak in the apartment, took about 3 weeks to fix. Have methhead neighbors that they do nothing about. Found a used needle in the parking lot the day we moved in. In all honesty, stay away from goldmark and find a better company to rent through.
