Rent from them because they are monopolistic in fargo and choices are limited. Had a maintenance emergency - locked out on a cold night - of apt and garage with car. After waiting 30 to 40 mins to hear from maintenance, it'll take them another 30 to 40 to get here...do u know what fargo is like during the winter at 4 in the morning?!?! Best not to put a lot of faith and reliance in them.
See, I adore my apartment. As a resident with GOLDMARK in Moorhead, my neighbors are lovely and my building is in great condition. The maintenance technician and the management staff at Griffin Court are both phenomenal. I was blessed with the opportunity to live with a great company! Everything is cool I love it, it's place to have a comfort life.
Horrible experience! I will tell everyone I know never to rent from Goldmark properties. Also, avoid any properties that are "managed" by goldmark. It's even worse of an experience when the owner of the property is a slum lord and the management company is Goldmark. Before you sign a lease, call the rental housing authority on the property and see what the history is. It's frightening to know the business is still operating.
