Rude, doesn't even work with the residents, over priced, instantly evict someone before even giving a chance to pay the rent! Do not rent from these slum lords they also charge a late fee when your not even late and pocket the money!

RecommendedNew management improved the apartment complex! Rent is reasonably priced but there is no pool, park, or gym. Apartments are nice and maintenance is usually responsive. Really close to the interstate and the neighborhood is quiet.

They were willing to personalize our lease to fit our needs. they're response to work requests has been pretty good and they maintain good communication with their residents. Rent is affordable but has been escalating. Pretty basic living...no pool/gym. Great access to interstate.
RecommendedManagement is awesome! Super friendly. Maintenance is awesome too!! He’s very friendly and anytime I have asked for help he was over within 5 minutes!!!
