RecommendedI lived at a Goldmark apartment for 8 years. I never had a problem, maintenance requests were handled promptly & I was always treated respectfully by the office staff. I would recommend Goldmark to anyone!

Very disappointed in Goldmark. A resident recently moved in below our unit with a dog that barks, howls, yelps, and scratches from 6am-7pm and then 8pm-11pm. Very disruptive to our one year olds sleep schedule, my son starts shaking because the dog is barking so loud, scaring him. Have contacted Parkwest Gardens Office multiple times just to be told they will look into it. We have had to leave our unit during the day just so my son can nap...doesn’t seem fair nor right. Parking lot maintenence and garage access by this company is the worst I have ever witnessed. I was dropping off a resident at Sugarplum today (March 2019), and got stuck in the HUGE ruts in the ice leading to the street. My car became hung up on a large ice block. I stepped out of the car to assess the situation, and stepped in deep, icy water that went above my ankles. Disgraceful. Seriously. Hire more help when necessary! Horrible property not kept acceptable

Garbage, dont give two shits about their tenants. Trying to screw me out of more money when I've already paid rent. Had a leak in the apartment, took about 3 weeks to fix. Have methhead neighbors that they do nothing about. Found a used needle in the parking lot the day we moved in. In all honesty, stay away from goldmark and find a better company to rent through.
