I have never had such a terrible renting experience. This company took over the property half-way through us living here. They don’t give us proper notice as stated by law when entering, maintenance comes in unannounced every other week, they charge high prices despite our plumbing never working, the water is shut off randomly without communication, the office makes excuses and shrugs off complaints. Worst of the worst. Would rather rent property in Wuhan, China than another goldmark owned property.
been having absolutely terrible issues with our office that has been on-going for months now. it was all caused by a previous staff member they had who was eventually fired for reasons unknown to us. now we're dealing with who seems to be the fired employee's manager and she has a terrible attitude and refuses to give us any information on who to contact above her, just says "they'll send you back to me". I absolutely wouldn't suggest this management to anyone after all of this, which sucks because it's a great location and ... read more

I highly recommend not moving here especially if you have mental health issues as it will make it worse. They are always renting due to people moving out and complaining. I literally see 1 -2 moving Van's every couple weeks. Maintenance sucks, as side walks and steps are always slippery, dog waste is never picked up. Water pressure sucks. People are rude, I hear my neighbors yelling constantly through - in my bedroom mind you and that's through 2 walls. My building’s dryers haven’t worked properly for 3 years and I keep complaining for 3 years and nothing is done. We literally have a sheet on the bulletin board in the laundry room our building care taker made that tells the heat and time each dryer does. That is not normal. Replace our dryers or truly repair them. I keep gettin told it’s because people overload them. Every resident in the building does not over load them and we all hate them.
