Don’t ever rent from the Grand Forks Columbia West office. they will literally not clean the snow from the doors! in case of an emergency, ambulances and fire departments will never be able to get through. they don’t care about their tenants at all!!
Snow plowing apparently isn’t an emergency even when an ambulance can’t get to the parking lot. Refuses to compensate when a member in the household needs to go to the ER
move here at your own risk the only thing they are good at is collecting rent and the eviction process 🥴 they don't fix nothing they don't clean up there snow I fell in there parking lot lost my job and they still try to evict me
Do not recommend these properties to anyone. maintenance workers will walk into your apartment while you are home and then back out and tell you they are sorry. The property has a new manager every month. If you have little kids they will discriminate against you and want you gone they prefer loud and reckless parties. Very unprofessional business and rent was overpriced.
I was pickpocketed last night and therefore, was without my apartment keys. I don’t pay 1000+ a month to be told I cannot get into my apartment after hours. That I have to call a locksmith or wait until office hours. This is unacceptable and we will be taking action against this.
These bozos tipped me $3 on an $80 pizza order to one of their constructions sites...stay classy, Goldmark
Unprofessional, never in the office, rude. They act as if they don’t care about their customers. They care more about Facebook and defending their name than fixing things the right way.
