RecommendedI love my Times Square townhome! The office staff is incredibly helpful and very pleasant to work with. The maintenance is very efficient, the snow removal is hands down the best. All I have to do is enjoy my home.

I was living in Lake Crest. I moved out 2 years ago and I noticed something in collections. I got off of the lease and was signed off of it. Something must have not been paid and went into MY collections. I contacted Lake Crest and have been trying to get it off of my credit report and they mentioned it was a mistake yet haven’t tried to help. Very frustrating. UPDATE: they have now reached out and taken care of it!

RecommendedIt need to have on sight manager at all times like it once did. I guarantee you would not have issues. Follow thru with your word. do something about to he complaints. Lower you rent,. passing on the cost to residents us not only wrong it's rotten.... Money ain't ever gonna make anyone happy. greed is aweful. I feel sorry for your families.

Worst of the worst. Would rather rent property in Wuhan, China than another goldmark owned property.
I have never had such a terrible renting experience. This company took over the property half-way through us living here. They don’t give us proper notice as stated by law when entering, maintenance comes in unannounced every other week, they charge high prices despite our plumbing never working, the water is shut off randomly without communication, the office makes excuses and shrugs off complaints.
