Rude, doesn't even work with the residents, over priced, instantly evict someone before even giving a chance to pay the rent! Do not rent from these slum lords they also charge a late fee when your not even late and pocket the money!
I have in the Fredericksburg apartments for a year now. About 6 months in and the management was bought out by Goldmark. I have never been more pleased with an apartment complex. The ladies in the office are always nice and willing to help you with anything. They also keep you updated on the progress of changes being made.
I’ve lived in Goldmark apartments for the last 15 years and they have always taken excellent care of my needs!! I’m always proud to have family and friends visit because my apartment is maintained beautifully and the property grounds are professionally cared for year round Two years ago they installed new wood floors and new carpet in the bedroom at no expense to me. If you’re looking for a clean and safe place to live I recommend The Pinehurst apartments by West Acres, Samantha is a great property Manager!!
Office staff has gotten better at West Lake. Before this place had trash laying all over. Like I said this has gotten better after speaking with 4-5 different people. Staff above the office staff, such as the area manager 'Mindi' is a complete joke. Side with their staff and their staff is never wrong. You won't be treated well that's for sure. I have photos of the trash so telling me the building is in exceptional shape is straight a lie. Guess that's the best they got! Building itself and the apartments are very nice! Too ... read more
