Today a lady was stuck at the entrance to the urban plains complex and instead of the employee that was leaving stopping and helping he honked his horn at me and almost ran me over, so I kicked a little snow at his vehicle and then he opened his door and harassed me saying" do u realize I f*****g work here" and continued to harass me while assisting to help the lady get unstuck, completely unprofessional
It would be nice if we didn't have to wait months to get something fixed which should have been taken care of before we moved in.
Stop increasing rent and provide enough laundry machines so that people can actually wash their clothes.
this will be my second year with gold mark and it seems they do less and less every year on the properties this year they don't even move the snow this is over at Oak Court Apartments I've called the management at goldmark directly Tara don't seem to care if I was you I'd look for a different property to live in I will next year
Too many issues when I rented from them. Always took weeks to sometimes months to get repairs done. Just saw on Valley News Live tonight that a tenent that rents from Goldmark Properties is dealing with black mold and has retorted it many times and now has to deal with it through the holiday. This is not acceptable and is a health issue. So glad to be done with this company. Never again, ever!
Recommendedamazing office people to work with. and also the maintenance crew is amazing. never have to wait to have a problem fixed,, unless they are busy.
They are the WORST!!!!!!!!! dealt with cockroaches for over a month and they just now want to eradicate the problem.....they can have their infestation.
