I have been complaining about our dryers for 3 years and they still don’t work right and haven’t been repaired or replaced. 3 years!!! It’s time to make things right to your residents in Park Terrace!
RecommendedI've rented from the chestnut ridge office for years and they've always been good to me. they are helpful and understanding. I haven't had to do many maintenance requests but when I have, they've been prompt. only complaint is when they plow my lot, the dont get near my garage so I end up having to shovel extremely large snow drifts just to get my car out. but I guess that can happen anywhere. overall I'm pleased.

Don’t ever rent from the Grand Forks Columbia West office. they will literally not clean the snow from the doors! in case of an emergency, ambulances and fire departments will never be able to get through. they don’t care about their tenants at all!!
move here at your own risk the only thing they are good at is collecting rent and the eviction process 🥴 they don't fix nothing they don't clean up there snow I fell in there parking lot lost my job and they still try to evict me

Snow plowing apparently isn’t an emergency even when an ambulance can’t get to the parking lot. Refuses to compensate when a member in the household needs to go to the ER
