Goldmark is only interested in renting apts. After you move in, they don't care about you. Maintenance requests are never done. Maintenance will come in and say he "forgot" something and he never returns. I complained about trash, I get a picture from a year ago that there is no trash. I have pictures from 3 days ago. Lots of trash! Rude! Poor service! Water is terrible! Everything calcifies. Hot water runs cold to hot constantly while your showering. Water is dark brown at least once a week. Trash everywhere! Goldmark is the WORST property management that I have EVER rented from. They treat their tenants poorly and dont fix anything. The dryer has FINALLY been fixed after almost 3 months of maintenance requests. We have staples coming up through the flooring, but they tell us it's not a big deal (even though the staples cut our feet up). The property manager, Liz, has done nothing about the random people living in the garages. Also, my husband and I pay for a parking spot but we have to park on the street. Why? Don’t take care of problems continuously have people smoking cigarettes in our hallways can’t get that taken care of management thinks this is a joke .
Rude, doesn't even work with the residents, over priced, instantly evict someone before even giving a chance to pay the rent! Do not rent from these slum lords they also charge a late fee when your not even late and pocket the money!
