RecommendedAbsolutely love the new management! We’ve had a few things needing fixed and they came and got it taken care of quickly. The ladies at the front are very sweet and always available to answer any questions we have. 100% recommend!!
Fix our decks so we can finally use what we are paying for. My gutter on my garage has leaked for years. Last management did not fix it and Goldmark doesn't seem to have any intention to fix it either even though both management teams were notified. I agree with other reviews that once you have been here awhile, they don't offer any perks. Free rent for new renters, how about us who have been here for years and our rent went up, but we can't use our decks and gutters on garages are horrible.
RecommendedFredericksburg is a great place to live without having high rent but still being close to the good that Omaha has to offer. Management changed hands in 2019 and most of the changes have been for the better. Had some communication issues with the office early on, but the employees there worked quickly to resolve them in a manner that met everyone's needs, and provided clarity thereafter. I received a notice of yet another increase in rent not too long ago. I signed a 7 month lease in December with an increase in rent. Last May I also had an increase in rent. In my 20 plus years of renting I've never experienced such an increase in rent than in the last year. Two by new management and they haven't been here for a year. When I called to voice my concern about it, since we haven't had access to our balconies for 7 months now because they're giving us new ones, I was told that's just how it is. RecommendedI've lived here a little over 2 years now and have enjoyed it. Anytime I've had an issue or problem concerning maintenance it has been resolved almost always immediately. The new workout room, playground, and grills have added to the amenities. Absolutely love Erica and the office staff!
RecommendedBeen living here a while now and couldn’t be happier, management is kind and helpful and won’t just ignore you when you put in requests. Maintenance is quick if needed and they are actually updating things to make the property nicer. Couldn’t recommend enough.
