Renting from Goldmark is a pleasure. I say that because no matter what problem occurs, either in my unit or in the commons area of our building, even on the grounds or outer parts of the building , you just give them a call and it's taken care of in a timely matter. WORST renting experience ever. We rented through the Autumn Ridge office, but lived in the Cherry Creek building in Grand Forks, ND for about 2 weeks only to find out we moved in with BED BUGS. I am so disgusted. The landlords lied to us about what the exterminator had told them and they're not at all concerned. It's like they don't care. The apartment wasn't even CLEAN when we moved in. There was food on the kitchen walls, oven was dirty, bath tub was dirty. The baseboards has black spots all over them, which indicates bed ... read more
Harrison Manor, thru Goldmark properties, is a nice quiet place to live. Clean place and maintenance helps out in a good prompt time.
I love ❤️ my flat. It is clean, quite, excellent security, superhumanexcellence to Cheryl, Amy, Sunny, Sharon, my Office Stamp. They have always been their for me through thick and thin. I can stop in and have a cup of coffee ☕️ and they receive packages 📦 when I'm working. They are number one ☝️ in my book. I'm renewing my lease for another year! Thank you for giving me a great place to live.
The worst property management out there. They told me I didn't have to pay rent for the month of august and part of June, who am I to argue? Then hit me with an eviction notice and expect me to pay the full amount within 2 weeks. And then proceeded to make it MY FAULT THEIR employee gave me misinformation. Go to someone else. Terrible customer service always short staffed and not very friendly AT ALL. The worst kind of people
I don't know what's worse, the inept ownership behind this company, or their leasing agents who don't communicate with you worth a crap.
Applied for a position at Goldmark in January 2017 and was told (and felt) that I would be receiving an email back to set up the next step in the interview process. Never heard back from them until 7 months later, in July 2017. Clearly unorganized at a higher level within the company. As for living in an apartment through them, the apartment was newly renovated.
