Garbage, dont give two shits about their tenants. Trying to screw me out of more money when I've already paid rent. Had a leak in the apartment, took about 3 weeks to fix. Have methhead neighbors that they do nothing about. Found a used needle in the parking lot the day we moved in. In all honesty, stay away from goldmark and find a better company to rent through.
Today a lady was stuck at the entrance to the urban plains complex and instead of the employee that was leaving stopping and helping he honked his horn at me and almost ran me over, so I kicked a little snow at his vehicle and then he opened his door and harassed me saying" do u realize I f*****g work here" and continued to harass me while assisting to help the lady get unstuck, completely unprofessional

It would be nice if we didn't have to wait months to get something fixed which should have been taken care of before we moved in.
