I have never had a problem with Goldmark! They always take care of any maintenance requests within the same day! On Sunday there was a clog in my sink, and it backed up in my sink and dishwasher. Within an hour, a maintenance worker was there... on a Sunday! The West Lake staff in West Fargo, ND have always been so friendly! Thank you Goldmark!
It sucks they don't fix things nor communicate. Since I moved in there has been a mgt change and she (Modeena) from Des Moines IA sucks at her job. You people from corporate send me these work order surveys which have not yet been completed on my end, yet they or she tells you the job is done. I think in my own opinion you prey on people who receive subsidized housing and disability because you as a corporation think we cannot or will not stand up for ourselves. I live in West lake apartments and love the quite and peacefulness in my building dont have rude neighbors everyone friendly and staff is awesome.
I've lived in Sandy creek Apts.for about 3 years and it's been a great experience.the Apts.offer great layouts and as a whole provides great access to surrounding businesses and hot spots.they provide amazing and beautiful management who's easy to converse with.
