I agree with Rynell's comment I have went to the rental office to complain about this with old management and new management with no results the trash is still sitting in the same exact same spot if we had not signed a new lease due to upgrades we would not have renewed our lease knowing property would get this trashy it's embarrassing having people over which is why we don't have ANYONE over ever!! I feel the same !!! It's a shame that the caretakers get free rent to do absolutely nothing ! Pay over $1000 for a getto looking property + just saw the new manager yesterday walking around outside &I still nothing done !!!! Wonder who is to blame ? Wonder what kind of excuses they will make !!!!!!! They need to open there eyes people on the fist floor with no patio entering thru the Windows!!!!
I am coming up on my 4th year lease and I actually have had no issues with Goldmark in Grand Forks. They have always let me know when they are coming into my apartment. I have also heard them knock and announce several times when they go into other apartments. Any maintenance issues I've had were usually addressed the same day. Now...if other tenants were as respectful. Being on the ground floor, I hear every footstep of the upstairs tenants and when they run back and forth in their apartment it drives me crazy. Absolutely the worst management I have ever dealt with, nothing but accusations from them and now they even charged everybody in the building a $40 "cleanup fee" because people leave cig butts on the sidewalk. Crooks. And the place is a dump too. Never renting again from them
Run down disgusting nasty apartments! Reek of cigarettes and weed in the hallways mold in the shower sliding porch doors busted out of date junk stove and refrigerator potholes all over the parking lot leaking faucet and shower landlord doesn't fix a damn thing! The place is a shithole I'm never renting from you scumbags again! And I'll be sure to tell everyone I know to stay the hell away from you!!!!!!
Terrible people to rent from. They wait till last minute to notify you of anything so they can charge you more. When they do showings in apartments they are renting, they have a tendency to leave lights on and don't care to help if there's issues. Worst company to rent from and never plan on going back. EVER.
