Took most of my down deposit. When I moved out, I should of got more back. And the building doors never locked and the hallways always stunk.

Troy is an amazing Landlord. I feel safe and secure in my apartment and the grounds. I've lived here a year now with no plans of moving. Why would I when I have no complaints? Laundry accessible, parking accessible, shopping close by, interstate and grocery stores right next door...I can't write enough good things about Goldmark.

This was a great townhouse complex to live in between selling and building a house. The staff is friendly and quickly answers any questions you may have. The townhouse was very clean and move in ready. The grounds and clubhouse are beautiful. It's a great perk to have the clubhouse to use when needing more space. We had a fabulous party there. Stacey the stonefield property manager is very amazing and makes you feel at home! She always has answers to your questions and always gets back to you in a timely manner!
