If you care about second hand smoke, don't rent here. The smoke travels through cracks in the walls and in the winter when the windows are closed, your home and everything in it will smell like smoke. The management said there is nothing they can do about it.
We are been here for 2 year the manager change about 3 times, we are moving into a smaller unit and we have to paid $300 for moving early and have to paid more than my friend who was in the same unit and the same building? I email the manager and she never answer her email? Why print out the name card with email and never replied? Should I look for a new place? Yes!!!!!!
Terrible! Denies a tenant a pet even though they have a doctors note,would never rent from this company even if I was paid!shame on them!
EDIT-They do not allow declawing here! You should cancel your declaw policy. Did you know there is a movement to ban the barbaric practice in the US and Canada? Is your apartment complex furnished? What damage can a cat do if she has scratching posts? Or claw caps? Some declawed cats urinate everywhere because their paws hurt constantly, now, that is damage. Wake up, this is 2015.
