move here at your own risk the only thing they are good at is collecting rent and the eviction process 🥴 they don't fix nothing they don't clean up there snow I fell in there parking lot lost my job and they still try to evict me
Do not recommend these properties to anyone. maintenance workers will walk into your apartment while you are home and then back out and tell you they are sorry. The property has a new manager every month. If you have little kids they will discriminate against you and want you gone they prefer loud and reckless parties. Very unprofessional business and rent was overpriced.

UNINHABITABLE, UNSANITARY, UNSAFE (Tennant for 4+ years) Courtyard filled with EXCESSIVE DOG WASTE (see pictures). Several complaints with pictures, videos sent proving dog waste is not being taken care of, & by whom, yet no action taken. My kids & I havent even been able to utilize the patio or anywhere around it for 2 years. Every winter, snow fills entry ways for several days at a time which caused me to FALL WHILE 6 MONTHS PREGNANT (see picture) at one point last winter. we went two weeks during a heat wave with no air conditioner. we were on the second floor. I have a disabled child and I have asthma. it wasnt acceptable. I'll just keep it short but theres tons of things wrong with this place.
RecommendedMy husband and I have been here at Maple Ridge for 8 years and we love it here. They just replaced our floors and I couldn’t be more thrilled. I love my new floors.
