Was good, nice apartment. Had to clean few things when moved in. But its good place to live.
They never came for my check out and kept my deposit. I would never recommend them again.
NOT RECOMMEND. Give a person less than 24hr notice to remove cars from parking lot. Only notice to is from an email. Then they threaten to have your car towed and make you pay for it if you don't move it. If I didn't work the next day I would be tempted to leave my car so they would tow it. I would then sue them which I can pretty much gurantee I would win. Hopefully it is just an empty threat to get more people to move there vehicles. This just shows that the urbain plains office is really bad at planning and communication.... read more
I'm very satisfied with my apartment through Maplewood Bend and the office personel. I have been a resident for a couple of years and my maintenance is always done promptly. I appreciate the kindness and understanding the staff has always shown me. Thank you.
Took most of my down deposit. When I moved out, I should of got more back. And the building doors never locked and the hallways always stunk.
Troy is an amazing Landlord. I feel safe and secure in my apartment and the grounds. I've lived here a year now with no plans of moving. Why would I when I have no complaints? Laundry accessible, parking accessible, shopping close by, interstate and grocery stores right next door...I can't write enough good things about Goldmark.
The Stonefield townhomes in Bismarck are amazing. The people are so friendly and welcoming and the townhouse itself makes it feel like the home is yours. Stacey the stonefield property manager is very amazing and makes you feel at home! She always has answers to your questions and always gets back to you in a timely manner! If you are looking for something to rent that you want to feel like your own home I highly suggest stonefield townhomes in north Bismarck, they’re amazing and I couldn’t have chosen a better place to move... read more
