My husband and I have only lived here a month and had some plumbing issues but they have been very good about getting to the root of the problem and fixing them. Still have a leaking dishwasher but they are getting new parts. Also moved in to a clean freshly painted and aired out as the tenant before us smoked. I assumed all public buildings in MN had to be non-smoking but I am apparently wrong as the hallways smell of smoke. But they do there best I think.

I am happy with everything except the fact that the people on the 3rd floor are extremely loud every night. They bump so loud that we think they are fighting or wrestling. They stomp all the time, play loud music at 3 AM and are constantly what sounds like rearranging furniture. Also the building has no elevator, which can be quite difficult if you live on the 2nd or 3rd floors.
