HAD CAR TOWED EVEN THOUGH THE PARKING PERMIT WAS ON THE MIRROR COST 175$ TO GET IT OUT OF LOT. THE GUY REFUSED TO DO A REFUND AND JUST LAUGHED CLAIMED THEY TOOK A PICTURE YEAH THEY DID BUT FROM 16 FEET AWAY FROM THE CAR. I WAS NO MORE THAN 2 FEET FROM THE CAR AND SAW THE PERMIT RIGHT WHERE IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE ON THE MIRROR HANGING THERE. DO NT EVER MOVE HERE
Love living here so far. Nice, clean, quiet buildings, great (& fast) maintenance, and so much space!
I have lived in my building for several years now, with no incident. I have had new neighbors move in a couple months ago that cause a massive amount of noise, and called to the office to complain several times about this situation. It only puts a bandage on the problem. It's become so bad that I've discussed it with the office and have come to the conclusion that both parties will probably have to move. The people. Who complain must expect miracles. I have had only good experiences with the staff. I absolutely love my apartment and the view outside my window. The neighbors are courteous and. Friendly. Where else can you get so much for the rent I pay. Thanks GTOR for a great place to live !
Can't say enough good things about Valley View apartments. The location is prime being surrounded by woods yet less than 10 minutes from downtown Minneapolis. Having a screened in porch is one of the best amenities this property has to offer and most other properties don't have. Heated underground parking is always a good thing in Minnesota and Valley View offers that as well. The staff is always friendly and more than willing to take care of any concerns in a timely manner.
