Horrible company especially through gold mark. Do not do it. I still have not gotten a copy of my lease and I moved in 1 month ago!!!!!!! Very unorganized and the workers are not the friendliest. Just. Don't. Do. It. Constantly smells like weed through out the building, and people steal electricity from the hallways, unsafe building and weird things always going on around here. Terrance on the green by the way.
I love Goldmark!!!!!
Lived here for around 5 years. I really like the set up of the apartment and how close it is to stores and restaurants. If we ever have issues they fix things really on a timely matter also.
