WORST renting experience ever. We rented through the Autumn Ridge office, but lived in the Cherry Creek building in Grand Forks, ND for about 2 weeks only to find out we moved in with BED BUGS. I am so disgusted. The landlords lied to us about what the exterminator had told them and they're not at all concerned. It's like they don't care. The apartment wasn't even CLEAN when we moved in. There was food on the kitchen walls, oven was dirty, bath tub was dirty. The baseboards has black spots all over them, which indicates bed ... read more

Harrison Manor, thru Goldmark properties, is a nice quiet place to live. Clean place and maintenance helps out in a good prompt time.

I love ❤️ my flat. It is clean, quite, excellent security, superhumanexcellence to Cheryl, Amy, Sunny, Sharon, my Office Stamp. They have always been their for me through thick and thin. I can stop in and have a cup of coffee ☕️ and they receive packages 📦 when I'm working. They are number one ☝️ in my book. I'm renewing my lease for another year! Thank you for giving me a great place to live.
