You will not get your deposit back whether it is clean or not, you will be charged more than your deposit, and after you try to fight it, you will still find it on your credit. I would absolutely never rent from them again. Worst rental company in north dakota
Well it's raining again today. This means more soaking water in our entryway.(aka the adjoining wall to my kitchen). This has been going on for a YEAR! Thank you beacon hill apartments aka Goldmark Properties. Last night I found 3 water bugs in my kitchen. Ugh.
They charge yu for stuff that they should have fixed before moving in. Just because they are cheep? I don't know but never again will I live in a gold mark building. Most of the staff sucks. Everything about it was a bag experience! I lived in the park west gardens. What a bunch of dumb people! It was like all year my heater ran. I would have it off but it would still run. They must have things rigged!
The ratio of negative to positive reviews is astounding. I understand negative happens here and there but this is ridiculous. I lived in a building years ago and the old lady at the Danbury building was AWFUL! Goldmark has no business managing properties.
