Dellwood Estates is the best place to live. I feel safe. Sarah and Renae are the best people in the world they are friendly answer your questions. This place has improved so much since Goldmond took over. All I can say is than-you thank-you. I let all my friends and family know how grand it is to live here.
I have been living here for a while now, the location is perfect, I don't see any violence like Minneapolis, I like my apartment, the maintenance staff does a good job of keeping things together. Management is wonderful I think Dela is the best manager that we've had, I would recommend Covington court to anyone looking for an apartment.
I moved in my apt in November and I enjoy it along with the great management and maintenance staff.
