I left Maple Ridge Apartments off of 108th and Maple in Omaha, ran by Goldmark Property Management on December 31, 2013 on the day when my lease expired. I only gave a month notice. Now they are sueing me for a stupid amount of money ($1400 and change). My family put up with dope dealers and users, vandals, and roaches for over a year.
