Moving into an apt after owning a home all my life was a difficult passage in my life so when I sold I went to Valley View (where I rented once for a year during a family crisis) and Sharon fixed me up with a walk out level apt that made me feel more like home! I have lived in the Goldmark property for 3 years and have not had any issues, the maintenance people are always available and issues are fixed the same day. I am moving because of the location and the rent has gone up quite a bit since moving here and the noise level is high from the busy street.
