The pools in the summer are great! The staff is helpful and it is within walking distance of a park and connected to trails.
Rude management, treat their employees like shit and every building stinks. They also don't follow through on guarantees or rules written in the handbook!! Overpriced shit.
The people and care taker in our building is great clean and friendly but i wish i could say the same for the management and the amenities we thought we would get when we moved in 2 yrs ago and we have had a few to many issues with a lost rent check and upping rent with out our knowledge and a few other things so great at first but sadly ill be moving
Have been living in a Goldmark property for almost 10 years! Absolutely love it! Management is great and I have always loved every property that I have lived in!
Used to live there back in 2009 not a horrible place but make sure if u have friends over they park in visitors parking they will tow ur shit even towed my shif cuz tow truck driver racist and opened up my doors with his tow kit and stole my parking pass 2009/2010 Schmidt towing ,,,.....
