Love the new manager and staff at the Southpoint office! 5 stars to them! Corporate messed up my last rent check and undercharged me. She sent out a statement to make me aware of this and didn't charge me late fees. Corporate, be advised, I will not be compensating any more undercharges. It happens again, I expect the difference to be waived.

On Sunday there was a clog in my sink, and it backed up in my sink and dishwasher. Within an hour, a maintenance worker was there... on a Sunday! The West Lake staff in West Fargo, ND have always been so friendly! Thank you Goldmark!
