It sucks they don't fix things nor communicate. Since I moved in there has been a mgt change and she (Modeena) from Des Moines IA sucks at her job. You people from corporate send me these work order surveys which have not yet been completed on my end, yet they or she tells you the job is done. I live in West lake apartments and love the quite and peacefulness in my building dont have rude neighbors everyone friendly and staff is awesome.
