Valley Rental Used to own our building and nothing ever seemed to get done. When Chestnut Ridge started managing the Buildings maintenance was done in a timely fassion and things are looking better and better since they took over. I would say out of all the different buildings/ management companies ive gone through Chestnut Ridge does an Excellent Job and is a great Place to be living
Thankfully I moved out of state so I never have to rent from Goldmark properties again. I lived in my apartment for two years dealing with the worst neighbors ever, kept my home immaculate, and upon move out, spent two days cleaning making sure to complete everything on the cleaning list. What do I get in return? Only $80 of my deposit back because my blinds weren't clean enough and my couch had rubbed the paint on the wall (which could be expected after two years).
