I was told today @ Georgetown on The River Fridley MN that my guest visiting can park 1/2 mile down the street for free parking after 10 pm, thats ludicrous. Having the parking permit and your guest having parking permit is fine, but what happens after the office has closed or is not open on certain days and you are not able to get the parking permit. I understand the problem with the parking but this was not thought through. Maybe consulting your tenants on how this matter should be addressed and then go from there. I know ... read more
Renting from Goldmark is a pleasure. I say that because no matter what problem occurs, either in my unit or in the commons area of our building, even on the grounds or outer parts of the building , you just give them a call and it's taken care of in a timely matter. That is why it's a pleasure. On top of that the building manager and the office staff are all so friendly too. I can't leave out the maintenance staff, polite and efficient as well.
