We have rented apartments from Goldmark for a total of 6 years at 2 different properties, Pinehurst and Lakecrest. Their properties are nice, however they will nickle and dime you every chance they get. Their staff has been generally unknowledgeable and unhelpful. Considering their stringent application process, it's unimaginable how the types of neighbors we've had have been able to rent with them. I would strongly advise renting with smaller companies.

Not only couldn’t I resolve an issue with trying to move out of a place I’ve not only been threatened to be stabbed (yes I called authorities), stolen from or having to deal with the strong odor in the hallways. I’ve thrown in complaints about how the dishwasher is always dirty with clumps of cheap dry detergent and nothing is ever done about it but worst of all I’ve lived her 3 months now and no one has still yet to come and fix the MOLDY DISGUSTING dishwasher in my place they said they’d fix when I first moved in.
