I really enjoy living here at the Mablewood apartments.What I like the most u can't hear the voices or loud music of other tenants while in your apartment
I have lived here for 15 years! Love all of my friendly neighbors. Management is prompt with work requests.
Its cheap apartments compared to others, but understand cheap costs but the landlords are also cheap... The office ppl are nice but can be strict at times..
I have lived in my building a year now. It is very quiet and they keep it super clean. I love it! Any maintenance issues have been dealt with immediately. We have never had any issues with the building we are in or Goldmark
I have lived at Carlton Place for close to two years now. As a single parent with two minor children, I couldn't have chosen a better place to live. The security situation is great and the management is awesome, willing to go the extra mile to accommodate. I would recommend Carlton Place to anyone looking for a home!
I have lived at 2 different Goldmark properties in Fargo (Summit Point and Pinehurst). I have loved living at both! Maintenance requests have always been completed in 24 hours or less and I have received my deposit back in full plus interest. Goldmark is also a great place to work. don't ever drop your rent in the rent box they claim they don't get it smh
