Worst customer service and worst company. Such a scam. Ive been paying for a monthly plan for my dog for the last couple years. They sent a bunch of emails saying my dog is due for some services so I brought her in. Once the appointment ended, they charged me $500!! Usually my plan covers it so I called customer service. They were so rude, I take pride in never being rude to agents, but apparently this did not go both ways. They said my plan expired a week prior. No emails letting me know i needed to renew. My dog just died so I went into my local Banfield to have him cremated and they gave me the card with the number and email to cancel the plan I was on. I sent an email and they replied I had used over $900 already (on 1 visit) so I would need to continue to pay but they would knock off my last 2 payments. I've been with them for 23 years woth 2 different dogs. I will no longer go back when I get my next dog. No compassion or any thought about keeping your good clients to happy so they return. I'm disgusted.

Disappointed ??. Im a regular client Have spent lots of money on upkeep with my dog with them. Called in prescriptions and pharmacy never heard back all day. I called several times was told this would be done by end of day. They didnt. This was a known med. I have recently stop filling with them and getting elsewhere. I believe this is the problem. Really, it should be zero stars. If zero was an option, that's what we would choose.We will not be taking our pet back to the Banfield ********, ** location, Y'all because they did not advise us the store would be closed due to a doctor shortage on March 23rd. With no idea that the store was closed, we showed up on March 23rd at 7:30 am for our confirmed appointment, only to find the store has been closed for 2 days!. Banfield's hard sell Optimum Wellness Plans are tantamount to extortion. I was never explained to us that we were signing a contract for a year and atomically renew, we lost one of our dogs and after trying to take out form the policy we have to pay a penalty. when we call costumer service, they just apologize but the way they are miss infirming people, just to get sign for a policy that can just become on a Finacial hazard for anyone. Im so heartbroken because I feel like Im being taken advantage of from Banfield pet hospital during my my of grieving. On February 2 my pup began to have a seizure so I rushed him to banfield upon arrival they told me they cant see him and it would be better to take him to the vet emergency room. So I drove another 15 minutes with my dog to the emergency vet hospital. Banfield's hard sell Optimum Wellness Plans are tantamount to extortion. I attempted to cancel the plan today because the monthly payments have become a financial hardship and have been advised that I am required to pay the full balance of $317.45 or continue to pay $45.35/month thru September 2023 because services rendered are more than what I've paid to date. Well, I was so upset with all the issues all the time that i posted about earlier but I have to say that I was just contacted by the store manager who said the results just came in for Boomer and transferred me to the doctor for the region and we walked through resolving the issues. I just want to come, you come out to get my dog, call me when ready to pick up, EXPLAIN any issues/test results, we go home. Run away from this company!!!! If I could leave a zero-star review, I would. I signed up with the company and went to two appointments. My dog was taken to the "back" both times, and I never saw a Vet on both occasions.I tried to cancel my plan and was told that I did, and I was still charged for the next three months.This company is very expensive with terrible customer service.
