The only issue I have ever had is that questionable people are given leases here. For the most part everyone is quiet and friendly.

I absolutely love the fact that I can pull into my garage and walk upstairs into my apartment. Fantastic idea. No having to walk outside to my assigned garage.

The apartments are beautiful and we love the beautiful view we have from our apartment. The covered porch is large and very nice. The amenities are top notch. You will not find a better team than at Aurum Falls River. You will not find a better apartment complex. The landscaping is absolutely beautiful. I would recommend these apartments to anyone.
