Verified Renter It would be great if the island ways and decks were power washed. Several attempts have been made to resolve the issues with the tubs. Tubs need to be replaced for safety reasons.

I looked for months for the perfect one and I must say Aurum Falls River is above and beyond anywhere else. The price is good for what you get with quality building(fixtures, granite countertops, cabinets, flooring etc). The staff is great here not just when youre signing the lease.
