Verified Renter Aurum Falls River by far surpasses any other apartment complex we have lived in. They constantly surprise me with their desire to go above and beyond for their tenants. Brandon (Manager) is EXCEPTIONAL! He always listens / addresses my concerns and answers any questions we might have. The office and maintenance staff are always genuinely kind, respectful, and professional.

The finishes are... (Verified Renter) The finishes are such an upgrade from surrounding apartments and the location is close to restaurants, grocery stores etc. when you get home you are home and do not have to travel far if you need to run an errand.

From the time I applied for an apartment until now I have been very happy with everything about it and everything about the staff here. They go beyond the call of duty to take care of their renters and they are all very kind and helpful. I could not have found a better apartment community to live in. It is also very beautiful, inside and out.
We are enjoying... (Verified Renter) We are enjoying living here and love spending time outside on our patio, taking walks, etc. The swimming pool is great and there is such a nice fitness center. The management team are always helpful, friendly and courteous. Our maintenance team work hard to take care of service requests, etc. as well. We highly recommend Aurum Falls River. We especially like that this is now a smoke-free community.
Nice place to live I have lived here since 2016 and have experienced the changes. Initially I didnt want change, like many we like what we like. But I currently am enjoying the upgrades in my new home. It is beautiful. I also enjoy the staff. The Cortland/ Aurum Falls Team are professional, courteous and nice from management to maintenance, I feel at home here. Remember, you get what you pay for, great view, great place, I'm home.

A man by the name of Willis told me and my room mate that even though we pay monthly to stay in an apartment home, its still "their" apartment and then proceeded to use a universal key to enter our apartment at 8 am in the morning waking both of us up and standing at my door while I was half naked still in PJs wiping crust out my eyes. Love the new... (Verified Renter) Love the new apartment features , love having NO CARPET in the kitchen and living room , having children makes clean up easier. No carpets in NC is rare so Im very satisfied. The new Bluetooth speakers are also a plus, granite counters are beautiful. Beautiful location very convinient to supermarkets, restaurants, Durant and abbotts creek elementary literally 2 min away and we dont even have traffic because of school.Close to 540 .
