Also the pool is looking much better than it was for a few weeks. I understand that we were down to one maintenance person for the whole entire complex and things fell through the cracks but things are back to being up to par as they always have been. Verified Renter It would be great if the island ways and decks were power washed. Several attempts have been made to resolve the issues with the tubs. Tubs need to be replaced for safety reasons.
