Wonderful team Every interaction I have had with the team here has been seamless and stress free! I love the amenities and how close to everything my apartment is!
Verified Renter I love the third floor in the corner unit I have. I love the view that overlooks nice scenery. There's not a lot of noise which I enjoy. Verified Renter The management staff & service team are all extremely helpful & professional.
Verified Renter Close to the familiar places I frequent and lovely pool, amenities and surroundings
Verified Renter Staff is always professional and pleasant to work with.
Verified Renter Overall the experience is okay but there is clear neglect in the maintenance of the apartments. The model apartment is very nice but since I was not allowed to see the specific home I was renting beforehand, my expectations were not at all met with the quality of the home.
Verified Renter I think ads sure emphasize the various businesses and medical facilities nearby; this location is a great place for those things
Verified Renter A few small changes could help but overall a great location and the staff is very nice here love the outdoor grills
Verified Renter We love living at Aurum Falls. It is a beautiful community with beautiful landscaping which is always kept up. The tenants are quiet (most of the time, LOL) and the amenities are great. The maintenance team is amazing and always reply very quickly. The management is great and they are doing upgrades to the landscape and other things. The apartments are beautiful and modern and quiet. I would recommend living here to anyone who loves a quiet, beautiful community.
