Verified Renter Love living at Aurum Falls!! They keep the apartments and grounds in excellent shape. The maintenance crew is very helpful, courteous and quick to respond. The only issue I have ever had is that questionable people are given leases here. For the most part everyone is quiet and friendly.

I absolutely love the fact that I can pull into my garage and walk upstairs into my apartment. Fantastic idea. No having to walk outside to my assigned garage.

The apartments are beautiful and we love the beautiful view we have from our apartment. The covered porch is large and very nice. The amenities are top notch. You will not find a better team than at Aurum Falls River. You will not find a better apartment complex. The landscaping is absolutely beautiful. I would recommend these apartments to anyone.

Also the pool is looking much better than it was for a few weeks. I understand that we were down to one maintenance person for the whole entire complex and things fell through the cracks but things are back to being up to par as they always have been.
