Verified Renter Aurum Falls River by far surpasses any other apartment complex we have lived in. They constantly surprise me with their desire to go above and beyond for their tenants. Brandon (Manager) is EXCEPTIONAL! He always listens / addresses my concerns and answers any questions we might have. The office and maintenance staff are always genuinely kind, respectful, and professional.

The finishes are... (Verified Renter) The finishes are such an upgrade from surrounding apartments and the location is close to restaurants, grocery stores etc. when you get home you are home and do not have to travel far if you need to run an errand.
Aurum Falls River... (Verified Renter) Aurum Falls River is a wonderful community. From the time I applied for an apartment until now I have been very happy with everything about it and everything about the staff here. They go beyond the call of duty to take care of their renters and they are all very kind and helpful. I could not have found a better apartment community to live in. It is also very beautiful, inside and out.
