The genuine concern for the residents has been demonstrated since day one and hasn't lessened an ounce. Brit, Kyle, Tori and the maintenance team all operate with the same level of cordiality and professionalism. I often refer to AFR (Aurum Falls River) as a family. Verified Renter I love the third floor in the corner unit I have. I love the view that overlooks nice scenery. There's not a lot of noise which I enjoy. I have no issues with feeling unsafe in the community. There's ample parking. However, since moving here in April there have been multiple different nights I've come home to cockroaches being in my tub or my sink in the bathroom, or the ceiling in the living room. This is honestly unacceptable conditions for the rate I pay monthly with pest control included. The anxiety I ha... read more
