Verified Renter I do not recommend this place. They were so unorganized for initial move-in, and the staff who come and fix things in the home are unprofessional. They STILL haven’t fixed things from my initial move in from 5 MONTHS AGO. At this point, they need a whole new staff since none of them seem to care for the issues brought to their attention.

Verified Renter Search elsewhere for an apartment. Cortland North Haven’s administration is still in Covid-ish working-from-home posture which means they do little work.
Verified Renter I am a new resident, but so far so good! The staff was super helpful and kind when I was applying/touring/moving in. I love how dog friendly the apartment complex is and all of the special amenities (including the convenience store).
Verified Renter It’s annoying to be a smoke free property and to constantly smell marijuana. I can’t sit on my patio or have my balcony door open because neighbors smoke on a daily basis morning, noon, and night.
Beautiful property with many amenities The apartment complex is in a good location with easy access to IH35. Lots of shopping, eateries, convenient stores, medical centers and an HEB grocery store a couple blocks away. I moved here when it first opened in 2016 and have enjoyed living here. love it here I’ve had such a great experience living at sycamore ! The community is quiet, well-kept, and the staff is always friendly and quick to respond. Maintenance is on point, and I love how close it is to everything. Highly recommend!
Verified Renter Absolutely love the location of this building. Apartments feel dated compared to all of the new builds that are popping up around Phoenix. Have seen some improvements to community spaces / general spaces like stairwells and such but would love to see a better effort to keep these places clean and amenities working.
