Verified Renter Aurum Falls River has consistently been a beautiful neighborhood to live in for the past 3yrs, with the best rotating staff of maintenance personnel we could ask for. Unfortunately, rent was raised $300 (over 20%) this August, making it unaffordable to live here any longer. Awesome Aurum!! Understanding the dire importance of quality customer service, the staff at Aurum Falls River never fails to deliver. The genuine concern for the residents has been demonstrated since day one and hasn't lessened an ounce. Brit, Kyle, Tori and the maintenance team all operate with the same level of cordiality and professionalism. I often refer to AFR (Aurum Falls River) as a family. To anyone considering becoming a resident, don't hesitate as you won't regret it!!!

Verified Renter I love the third floor in the corner unit I have. I love the view that overlooks nice scenery. There's not a lot of noise which I enjoy. I have no issues with feeling unsafe in the community. There's ample parking. However, since moving here in April there have been multiple different nights I've come home to cockroaches being in my tub or my sink in the bathroom, or the ceiling in the living room.
