Verified Renter Cortland falls is a great community to live in. Very friendly and helpful office staff when they are available. Timely response from maintenance team. Courteous neighbors, clean surroundings,reliable trash disposal and most important superb location, health care,restaurants,clothing,schools, all literally in walking distance in some instances you don't even have to get on the main roadway also 5mins from the 540 west. If you are apartment hunting check out Cortland falls River you won't regret it.

Verified Renter I feel for the expensive rental fee, I should have quality maintenance. That is why I sold my house and moved to apartment living. I did not think I would need to deal with maintenance.
