Verified Renter Price is high for quality of features, but it is a great location. Management and staff change often so it's hard to build a relationship with them. Maintenance is amazing and friendly.
Very nice staff and accomodating I have toured these apartments a few times. I am very indecisive so I have to see stuff more than once. I really enjoyed every tour and the staff was very nice each time, I toured twice with Ms. Karen and she was so sweet and helpful! The apartments were beautiful, I still have not made a decision but this is at the top of my list!

Verified Renter Cortland falls is a great community to live in. Very friendly and helpful office staff when they are available. Timely response from maintenance team. Courteous neighbors, clean surroundings,reliable trash disposal and most important superb location, health care,restaurants,clothing,schools, all literally in walking distance in some instances you don't even have to get on the main roadway also 5mins from the 540 west. If you are apartment hunting check out Cortland falls River you won't regret it.
