Great personnel Normally I don't write reviews but Aurum Falls River deserves a recommendation. I moved here from out-of-state a few weeks ago and it has been a great experience! The office personnel including Kristie and Britney have responded quickly to my every request. I needed a few improvements and Dale's maintenance team were knowledgeable and easy to work with. The apartment looks great and I am extremely pleased with the entire move. Job well done! Bill S.
Rodents and mold We experienced rodents and roaches in our beds and belongings. There was mold in every room and they rented it to us like this. So much stress and emotionally damaging. We moved out in January and still have stress from this place.
Verified Renter We love living at Aurum Falls River. The entire staff and maintenance crew are amazing!!! The grounds are beautiful and all the amenities are great!! Wonderful neighbors, quiet neighborhood. The apartments are beautiful, with granite countertops throughout and stainless steel appliances, and beautiful floors that are easy to clean. You will love living here!!
