Verified Renter Aurum Falls River has consistently been a beautiful neighborhood to live in for the past 3yrs, with the best rotating staff of maintenance personnel we could ask for. Unfortunately, rent was raised $300 (over 20%) this August, making it unaffordable to live here any longer. This has remained a very nice neighborhood to live in for the independently wealthy, however unfortunately, my family does not belong to that group, so we are actively looking to move and be the next resident with the moving truck in the p... read more
