Verified Renter Maintenance is not professional they don’t fix anything they just put a little Band-Aid on things just to get out the way. Management has poor communication.

Verified Renter I enjoy living in the community as it offers a lot of amenities. It is safe and peaceful. I find the transfer process (to another unit) unnecessary. I think the community utilities are a little much considering what you already pay. I still however, recommend Cortland as the customer service and fairly quick responses are a nice change considering other companies/community management.
Verified Renter The apartment meets expectations along with the community itself. There's not a lot that can be done about out of pocket kids and the overall community is relatively tidy. There is a lack of response when it comes to maintenance request is disappointing however the maintenance staff themselves are always friendly. The office staff is friendly as well. My complaint is a lack of follow trough. The complex is noting spectacular. Just a place to live.
Verified Renter Don't move here. Zero pest control. They care more about landscaping than actual community concerns such as unsupervised children, pest, and maintenance issues.

Verified Renter Love living at Courtland Falls River. The apartments are roomy and comfortable. The grounds are beautiful. The pool and gym are fantastic - we use them often. The maintenance staff is so responsive and the office staff knows everyone in the community. It truly feels like home!
