Nice Area to Live I have really had a great experience with the new management…everything has been handled very well during my time here with the new management…I would recommend this complex to anybody looking for a nice apartment

10/10 would recommend Jamedra is who helped us with our lease and our new home, she is very friendly and patient. I really appreciate all her help. The team her is amazing and if their are any problems they fix them in a timely manner.
Friendly Community I felt like I was at home before I even move in. Jamedra was so kind and sweet. She explained everything perfectly and her communication skills with amazing!

Applying! Jamedra was so amazing, her bubbly personality, how detailed she was and patient with me when giving me information and listening and answering all my questions. This was one of my best touring experiences. I want to live somewhere , where the staff cares. Jamedra defiantly cares.

Couldn't stand living here any longer New management is horrible. They don't follow their own rules. Pit Bulls and other breeds that are not allowed per the lease are everywhere. They allow glass bottles at the pool. You see people smoking Hookas and bongs at the pool. Stay away from the dumpster area. There is trash everywhere. For months it looked like someone cleaned out the fridge and left everything in the shrubs. It was never picked up. Verified Renter It starts w/ the Community Manager, Brittani. She is amazing. Her staff is courteous and very customer focused. Maintenance turnaround time is tops. They say its all about location, location, location (North Raleigh). Its really all about the folks that manage the property.
