Verified Renter Overall the experience is okay but there is clear neglect in the maintenance of the apartments. The model apartment is very nice but since I was not allowed to see the specific home I was renting beforehand, my expectations were not at all met with the quality of the home.

Verified Renter We love living at Aurum Falls. It is a beautiful community with beautiful landscaping which is always kept up. The tenants are quiet (most of the time, LOL) and the amenities are great. The maintenance team is amazing and always reply very quickly. The management is great and they are doing upgrades to the landscape and other things. The apartments are beautiful and modern and quiet. I would recommend living here to anyone who loves a quiet, beautiful community.

Verified Renter Love living at Aurum Falls!! They keep the apartments and grounds in excellent shape. The maintenance crew is very helpful, courteous and quick to respond. The only issue I have ever had is that questionable people are given leases here. For the most part everyone is quiet and friendly.
