Verified Renter I have a little more than 3 years since we made the decision to move here, it is a quiet and well-maintained place, however I think they can improve, although I also understand that there are things that do not depend on you but on each person who lives here

Verified Renter Aurum Falls River has consistently been a beautiful neighborhood to live in for the past 3yrs, with the best rotating staff of maintenance personnel we could ask for. Unfortunately, rent was raised $300 (over 20%) this August, making it unaffordable to live here any longer. This has remained a very nice neighborhood to live in for the independently wealthy, however unfortunately, my family does not belong to that group, so we are actively looking to move and be the next resident with the moving truck in the p... read more

Awesome Aurum!! Understanding the dire importance of quality customer service, the staff at Aurum Falls River never fails to deliver. The genuine concern for the residents has been demonstrated since day one and hasn't lessened an ounce. Brit, Kyle, Tori and the maintenance team all operate with the same level of cordiality and professionalism. I often refer to AFR (Aurum Falls River) as a family. To anyone considering becoming a resident, don't hesitate as you won't regret it!!!

An Amazing Place to Call Home Aurum is a fantastic place to call home. I've lived here for over 2 years and don't regret it at all. The location is spot on and it's such a safe and quiet neighborhood.
