50/50 When my mother and I were living at the Rio Springs apts, the biggest issue we had were large water bugs. We stayed on the second floor and no matter how many times we called maintenance to spray, it seems like the bugs never went away. It got to the point where we were killing them weekly or every few days, and our apt was clean. Money money money. Any price online or quoted, add about $100 more and that's what you might pay. Nicole and dime for everything. They charge for upgrades, but nothing matches. Poor maintenance and grounds, trash always over flowing. Bell only cares about your money.
