Verified Renter I’m loving my new apartment it already feels like home. Vanessa and Lorena in the office were really helpful in getting me taken care of. I also like that there’s plenty to do right outside the community. There’s a huge mall right up the street and all the restaurants you could ever want. Everything is so nice and green on the property as well. Access to the city is right there for you too. This is a great place to stay.
Verified Renter I LOVE living here! Leasing Office staff- Extraordinary! Maintenance staff- Excellent! There's always a cute event or class going on. The neighborhood is secluded and very quiet. Communication with the office is outstanding as well. ?? ???????? property and I recommend living here.

Can’t wait for the lease to be up! DO NOT MOVE INTO Avana Matthews! I have lived here since September of 2021 and never had an issue until the property was purchased by Greystar and became Avana. A pest control contractor came into my apartment and damaged my personal property. Nothing from Avana. If you have a pet that visits you are required to pay for that pet even if they do not live there on a permanent basis. I was charged 362.10 for the pet even with an approved ESA letter. Hospital, grocery, shopping, night out, sushi or just walking for fresh air. The staff is incredibly kind and the maintenance team is always ready to work. My first morning in my apartment I got locked out on my second story porch for over an hour. I’ve been locked out twice to a faulty lock system. That was never fixed. I’ve had visitors get locked out on days I’ve luckily been there. My tub was disgusting on move in, they claimed they’d renovate it and then never did and denied they ever said so. Verified Renter It’s a pretty good community. They have a lot of community events. The parking lot and spots are very tiny. You get dinged all the time. We had expensive parts stolen from our car. The pool is small but has a hot tub. The fitness center is pretty good.
