Over 2.5 hours on hold and counting just to get a new PCM. Nobody has checked to see if I was still on the line or anything. I have been told by many Vets in this area that the care for us horrible. I see that they are not mistaken. This system is so very broken. Very sad indeed
After being completely disrespected by the staff at the Huntsville Location, my call to the patient advocate was not returned. Then i see the nurse casually decided to leave out what prompted my response to her in her notes. Must be nice to have a job where you are not held accountable for your actions. Especially when it comes to treatment of patients. So many people facing mental health concerns walk in that building, and it’s terrifying that she is one of the people at the forefront.
What a joke of hospital I wouldn’t send my dog here

All of the “handicap” parking was removed so the could park NOTHING there, way to look out for our disabled veterans. Most employees seem to have a problem doing their job, if you have a problem with veterans, you need to see if Taco Bell is hiring.....
I arrived at the VA at 2 pm with my 89 year old father. With in 45 minutes they got his vitals but it was 6 1\2 hrs before we was taken back. My father had a fall 4 days before we came but his hip continued to bother him. He has screws in that hip that he fell on, so we really tried to avoid coming. So now I'm waiting for an x-ray. It's 9 pm!
I have no problem with you guys! I have some customer service complaints and complements—they balance out! It’s a great place that’s always trying to get better.
