This is the worse hospital I ever seen misdiagnosed then rude and does not care about the vets!!! I HATE THIS HOSPITAL!!! 11/14/18 was treated rudely and disrespectful by dr. Keith in the new clinic. First visit to him and my last I will not go to a doctor who only there to collect a pay check. And I’m going to report this to Veterans Affairs and I’m going to the news media because that person does not deserve to have the job he have taking care of veterans. every time I call you, send me to someone who is not there and when i leave voicemails, you never call back. what's the use?
RecommendedI have not personally been a patient there or used their services, but my mom and stepdad (he is a veteran) have many times over the last few years. With most of their trips, I have heard them say nothing but good things about the staff (very nice, friendly and helpful) and the services they've received (on site or at home)on each of their visits. My father is a Vietnam Veteran, currently in the Birmingham VA Medical Center after having his right foot and leg amputated. Today, the day nurses on 4th floor left him in the bed and refused to bring him the male urinal until he urinated on himself, then used that as justification to put a diaper and condom catheter on him. Their medical services are abhorrent, and if they treat other veterans the way they've treated my father, then they all deserve to be immediately fired and unlicensed as medical professionals.
My husband always has great care and timely service in oncology. Not so in radiology. Dr. ordered an MRI and asked them to get him in asap. Have been waiting 4 hours already. �
I respect and appreciate all that you do.
Put Vets on the Choice Program and close your doors.
Been on hold for over an hour waiting to speak to a representative at the Huntsville clinic. At this point, it’s a battle of wills.
