My dad has been trying to get an appt for over two months and they keep rejecting him telling him they don’t have a February calendar. His doctor told him in early December to make a follow up appt in Feb but the receptionist refused. They have now sent him two letters telling him to call and make an appt but the people keep refusing. The latest told him to call back near the end of Jan. Fire all that work there. This VA hospital is a joke. You have to park on the 3rd floor (All first floor parking spaces are designated "government vehicles only" which should be stopped. Once you catch the elevator down you have to board a small bus to get to the hospital. This is impossible for a disabled veteran like me who has degenerative bone disease from Atomic Tests (Operation Dominic-1962). But they couldn't care less. Also good luck in having your so-called primary care doctor return any phone calls.
All the Doctor and Nurses are on top of there game.
Awful Drs, nurses. Hospital is dirty. And you wait 3-6 months for an appointment!
