Miss Junaita and Miss Quinn in records could use a class in customer service, seeing people as people not as objects. I was asked to call back to check that my records were submitted to my file. Clueless. They bark at people instead of talking to them. Please don't let this become another typical VA complacency issue. GGJ Good Government Job. Why care.

Just got a call asking me to push back my appointment that I've already been waiting for over a month. they claimed that they are loosing a tech and are now overbooked. The clinic said there will be very long wait times and cannot guarantee I'll be seen even with a scheduled appointment.
Most specialized services only available at select times, such as dermatology. Only available one day a week. Told I had to wait a month and a half for to be seen for a severe and worsened skin problem. UAB is right there. I'm sure they have legit and real dermatology. Mission Act is a joke on Birmingham

After Each Visit And/Or Follow Up, I Get A Assessment Survey Thru Mail. Filling In The Circled Questions Doesn't Give The Phoenix Clinic' The Proper It Deserves. Located In The Annex And A Part Of The Blue Clinic; I Have A Desire To Give A Verbal Assessment. My Primary Care Team; Headed By Dr. Scott-Collins And RN Ms. Grant, Amber , Clerks And Staff Show A Genuine Concern For Each Visit I've Made. THANX 2 U ALL!

There is a Veteran on a VA group named Kerry Cooper His wheel chair is broken. He has called the Prosthetic clinic. He can’t use a walker or a manually operated wheel chair.in fact posted in our group from his drive way. Upon calling a nurse at this VA the nurse stated it was not considered an emergency or even an urgent problem This Veteran has had many problems other than this that should have been addressed immediately.
