US auto is the most horrible dealership on the face of this earth. I got a car from them within the first 5 days my brakes had to be replace in another two weeks all the oil leaked.. then these bastards left me and my family stranded with no vehicle as of today the claim is still pending I spent over 1000 dollars in rental cars and Lyft and can't get reimbursed until they make a decision on my claim now I'm on suspension from my job cause I have no transportation to work that was over a week ago. Please Please Please do not buy a vehicle from this Company! You will regret it. I had my vehicle and made payments for three years in a row. I switched jobs and pay cycles and begged these people i needed only to schedule my payment from friday 12/13 till friday 12/21. Thay left be stranded despite already paying 13000 plus over three years. Now they will never see another dime. Please be warned i wish i never went here they have no compassion at all.
There are numerous issues I have had with this company. This past summer I purchased a vehicle from their store, located in Florence SC. I drove 3 hours to get there because they advertised a special they had with the down payment. Of course they take into account your credit etc. That was fine, but we were told that 500 is all we would have to put down, right before coming. Well that was not the case entirely. The Sales staff is nice. However, the problems come in after that. I am a veteran and I bought a car from USAS and transferred my insurance from one car to the car i purchased from them. The first problem was that they attempted to shut my car off because they claim they hadn't received the paperwork showing my insurance which had I not had insurance, I wouldn't have been able to drive home. I am a currently a US auto sales buyer, financing a vehicle. Today I spoke with a customer service representative through US auto sales which ensured me that a minor unnecessary fee would be waived after paying over 800 to pay this month as well as next month. Come to find out she said it was rejected by her supervisor. I purchased a car sept 27th and 3 days later I been having airbag issues, check engine light, wiring and rotors and break problems and they won't approve repairs . It hard to get in touch with management also corporate this has been stressful I wish I never went to them the worst company ever. Don't Go take your money else where.

HORRIBLE! I found a car I wanted online, eventually wen in to do paperwork and to make my down payment. Well, vehicle after vehicle was not available bust was displayed as available. Finally found one. I was approved, put the money down, was going through the whole transit process. The one blonde chick who was playing manager while the manager was off gave me my receipt, I noticed it was the vehicle and my card number but wrong name and address for customer.
