I will never recommend this company! They are first if rude...liars and they do not have respect for any issues I bring up. They have charged my account twice on several times...and takes them 5 to 10 days to get it back. Them they won't change my name to my married name. Also...they are often rude. They are selling cars and trucks with transmission problems and their warranty department won't fix it even if it's covered and in warranty. Don't recommend this company to no one. Also the warranty company is named WDOC, which is no good. They all tell people what they're not going to do unless it feels first.

They took money out my account without permission I had a very hard time getting my money back and customer service was very rude.
My daughter purchased a car on Friday, March 29 Her dad and I accompanied her, being that it was her first car purchase.We made sure that she had good warranty coverage plus Gap.After being there past 8:30 p.m we drove the car home.The next day she and I went to run a few errands not even gone 2 hours on our way home the car started jerking.She made a left turn and it would not accelerate at all. Horrible company. About two weeks ago I paid $591 to get my car fixed. Less than a week later my car broke down again. Found out I have to pay over $800 to fix my car. Then this morning I received a phone call saying my warranty has been voided because I placed a Uber and Lyft sign in my car. Never drove for them just put it there to avoid getting stopped by the police. Now US Auto is telling me they enter fix my car or give me a replacement car. Terrible customer service. Terrible all around! People will sell you a messed up car, act like they never knew anything about, ignore your phone calls, never call back, and not even be willing to help you with their fucked Up car! Do not lease or buy a vehicle from here. 9/10 it will have a problem and they will not care!
I got my suv in Jan 23. I love my suv. they seemed so nice and polite said if there was anything I need to let them know. Almost close to a month later I noticed I havent recieved my hard copy tag in the mail. So I called the sale associate that sold me the car...and she give me a title clerks #.feeling dumb founded because for 1 every other place I dealt with always mailed me my tag within 2 weeks..except here. Last year I bought a 2014 Ford Escape from USAuto. At first the people seemed upfront and polite. I was unable to get the first vehicle I picked out for cosmetic reasons. Paint scratches that looked like the had been repaired with off color fingernail polish and a gouged back seat console.
