This company is bogus and cut my car off in the middle of traffic while driving with my daughter.. I called and they I wanting a payment from me I asked to hold the account til Thursday I have been a great paying customer for two years now and now I can't receive help for at least once. This company should be shut down and their customer service reps are rude

Horrible customer service. Promised a 200 customer referral but I've been trying for 3 months to collect but to no avail. Finally I was told tgey paid it to someone my referee never heard of. It was just a tactic to not pay me. Asked for a manager to call me. Left several msgs but to this day no return call

I have had the most horrible experience with usautosales I would never in my life recommend anyone to these people feel like they use me they tricked me into something that was not really a good running car and every time that I had a problem with it no one was available to help me conveniently the warranty had expired so I couldn't get them to cover the issue on top of that I am currently unemployed and trying to give them the car back but I am having a hard time I would never in a million years were for these people to any... read more

I advise NOONE to purchase a vehicle from US Auto Sales @ any of their dealerships the cars on their lots have several issues with them that they are not going to reveal to you. Then they want all this money paid down before you can move the vehicle. They are the WORST.The dealership should be shut down for the way customers are treated. I feel like taking that car & place it back on their lot and sue them. I purchased a vehicle from the Marietta office in the middle of 11/2019. U.S. Auto is a RIP OFF THEY SOLD ME A CAR THE SHUTS OFF WHILE DRIVING ON THE EXPRESSWAY THEN WHEN YOU ASK FOR ASSISTANCE NO ONE SEEMS TO HELP OR COME UP WITH A SOLUTION. But they want your money though

US auto is the most horrible dealership on the face of this earth. I got a car from them within the first 5 days my brakes had to be replace in another two weeks all the oil leaked.. then these bastards left me and my family stranded with no vehicle as of today the claim is still pending I spent over 1000 dollars in rental cars and Lyft and can't get reimbursed until they make a decision on my claim now I'm on suspension from my job cause I have no transportation to work that was over a week ago.
