I was absolutely lied to about my deferred down payment. I was told as long as I have it in by my first car payment which would have been 2/19/20. The sales representative lied to get a sale putting dates in the system in which I can not do. I would've done no stars but I had to select one.

When When my school district moved to a twice monthly pay schedule I applied to and was approved for a modification to my contract. My instructions were to make the January 16th payment and the. February 1st payment, which I did. From then to now I've contended with my car being shut off and numerous calls to customer service, including spending 30-45 minutes talking with a representative yesterday (1/5). If I could give a zero I would. I have had superior car buying Experience since the age of 20. I've purchased from a Buy Here Pay Here dealership before, by far this is the absolute crummiest, non-compliance, lack of quality when it comes to customer service. My car has been deactivated for two months and I have explained myself over and over again. When the vehicle was purchased important facts was left out in regards to the deactivation of the vehicle for insurance that doesn't meet their standard and their personal fees. ... read more

Terrible company will not work with you on a payment arrangement. I've had numerous issues with the car. I needed my payment extended told me I can't extend so now I'm stuck can't work don't have enough money to get to work. These people suck they will not work with anybody.

I'm just disapointed in the Manager that runs the U S.Auto on Savannah Hwy in Charleston I told them about the speaker in the Mercedes I just bought was blown and he refuses to fix it. This is not right

This company is dishonest in every word that they speak. I purchased vehicle in beginning of 2019 and purchased a extended warranty ( bumper to bumper Level 4 with extra level for componets) i signed a we owe because my check engine light was on. I went back within a week to have it fixed and was told I had to wait until my warranty came in effect 30 days after purchase to have repaired. So I waited. When 30 days was up I took into dealership Hennesy Cadillac to have repairs done to find out they refuse to honor the DOWC war... read more

This company is bogus and cut my car off in the middle of traffic while driving with my daughter.. I called and they I wanting a payment from me I asked to hold the account til Thursday I have been a great paying customer for two years now and now I can't receive help for at least once. This company should be shut down and their customer service reps are rude
