us auto sales have reposessed my vehicle during a global pandemic three days after my payment was due.... only one payment behind. ti definitely do not reccomend doing business with this company.

I am currently on disability & I have been since 2017. When I purchased my car the dealership in Greenville,SC knew that this was when I recieved payment & my payments were suppose to be based around this! I have reached out to customer service several times to have this changed because I was told that my first payment would be due on the 18th then the 3rd for the remainder of the contract. Just purchased a car. Never knew nothing about how much the car was worthy basically till after I paid. Receipt I received altered dates different from my bank statements, but By then I'm signed in a contract with 20% interest rate with a high deposit and paying Close to 300 by weekly. Ridiculous. I'm willing to negotiate that interest rate they shouldn't do tht to people!!! They like a loan shark. ***. The salesman was cool though.

Let me start by saying this, if your reading the reviews and they are BAD, PLEASE PAY ATTENTION AND TRUST THEM. The process of purchasing the car was easy and simple and I liked that...But this company has no type of sympathy for any of their customers and real life situations. I paid them $1000 down payment on 4/22/2020, please keep in mind that usually when you purchase a car and you finance it your next payment usually wouldn't be due until exactly a Month later. I went to this place so that my credit would not be run. I was told that they do NOT go based off credit, just income/stability, therefore, there's no need to run my credit right? Wrong. This company ran my credit without telling me they were going to and the only reason I knew if because I received an alert from credit karma. Don't go here. They just feed off of people who are desperate for a car but credit score possibly wouldn't allow them to get into one at a LEGIT dealership. Company should be ashamed of themselves for not pushing back payments for customers during this horrible time!!!! You really see how a business values their customers during times like these. When things get back to normal, do NOT do business here!!!! This is not about Joe but the company.
