Was told upon approval my down payment initially would be $800, and could be up to $1300.. but in my case, $800 was what I was told.. so,. I came in, selected a car that was in the amount of $17000 that I qualified for... Anyways, I paid $905 instead if $800, idk why exactly... But after, I signed paperwork, i was then told, I had to pay two additional payments of $500, totalling my down payment to nearly $2000..? I got a car from us auto sales on June 18th 2 weeks later is when is all started to go down hill. First the check engine light came on. I took it to autozone for a general diagnosis which said there was a leak somewhere (go figure, something that's not covered Under warranty) about a week after that the passenger side window came off track when I went to put it back on u could see where this has been a problem and it was put back together with tape. This is the worst experience with a vehicle in my life. I purchased a vehicle in November 2020. February 14, 2021, while I was in another state on a trip, the transmission in the vehicle goes out. US auto sales were not compassionate, apologetic, and/or accommodating in this situation. After going through 3rd party warranty and paying over $1500 for repairs, not including rental for a month, on July 2, 2021 the axle of the vehicle brakes. Wish I could give zero stars.... This company is the worst decision I have ever made in my life. The refuse to work with customer with extensions. Day 5 and car is disabled when signing contract you are advised if you need more time to just call. They charge way more than what the care is worth. Dealerships have no direct numbers. Been calling since 8am and only 1 manger available who refuses to let me speak with her manger.

LITERALLY THE WORSE COMPANY IN THE ENTIRE WORLD!!!! DO NOT GET A CAR WITH THEM EVER!!!!!! The initial process is painless and easy but they have the highest interest rates and they charge you for extra stuff like not having full coverage and will turn off your car whenever they want. RUN AWAY! RUN FAR AWAY!!! Go to an actual dealership.

This place is terrible! They don't communicate well at all. They are very nice in the beginning to get you into a vehicle and after that it is downhill from there. If I could warn everybody to stay away from this business I would. I paid money to keep my car going and they still shut it off. They are so full of lies. If I could take it all back and NOT do business with them I would.

Why aren't we allowed to give a zero star rating? Y'all customer service is straight trash! First of all, I set up auto pay on my account but you idiots took out the wrong amount and when I contacted you about it, I was told you can't see what is going on with my account until it's paid.... then after I paid the amount manually since your auto pay system is a joke, you turned on the kill switch on my car and had it going for 5 days straight, 5 days AFTER I made the payment!!! I really, really wished I would have listened to... read more

Was a cosigner on a vehicle with my ex-wife was written in divorce decree I have no reliability for the vehicle she turned the vehicle in u.s. Auto Sales never contacted me I find out 6 months later I have a repo sent them a copy of divorce decree nothing has changed been fighting with them for the last five years to remove from my credit I would not buy nothing from the crooks
