They sold me a vehicle the transmission went out in 4 months then put me in a warranty swap car we're the computer went out in a year the car is a 2019 n isn't drivable now also they sent wrong mileage to the warranty team that is well over what my mileage is and refuses to fix n reimburse me for towing and everything but still wants payments

I have currently been paying $440 per month as a Disabled Veteran who is paid once per month. I've been made several promises by Customer service Representatives at US Auto Sales that for 2 years have NOT Been fulfilled from a simple due date correction at the time of purchase which was approved by ******* and was NEVER completed although all required paperwork was received and the new dates were agreed upon verbally based on the bank statements etc. Provided. I purchased my car in Nov 2020. Here it is 9/28/21 and I have been without an operating vehicle for 3 weeks. Payments made and still no movement. I have contacted the company for weeks since 9/13/2021 and still no resolution to this matter. Every person has a different answer to whom I need to talk too and what needs to be done. NONE of the staff is on the same page with manners and they forget that people actually read their contracts. U.S Auto Sales put a charge off on my credit after the Alternator gave out while was on the highway I gave it back because they refused to fix it. I only had the car for less then three months and they ended up giving me all my money back for my payments except for my down payment of course then they charged it off on my credit after they resold the car and gave me all my money back and even told me it would not go on my credit well it has been charged off i have been fighting this and i can't find a resolution. they Kept gi... read more

I lost my jobs cause ki was sick with a cold no covid they won't even give an extension I haven't even gotten paid from. My new job yet and can't even make it cause my car off I'm so over it

How does the website not show you late fees or if your payment is late .The management at this place is horrible they're not trying to help you figure out anything with your issue.Your on hold for hours only to get nothing resolved.They will tell you lie after lie.How you miss a payment but us auto sale website doesn't tell you anything its just takes another payment but they tell you that your car about to be repossessed.. How??? You missed a payment??? SEE HERE THE ?^<%

I bought a car from here and in 16 days it started shutting off while on highway with my 2 month son in his car seat. I also made claims about this car within the 30 days and wasn't offered a lender or even accommodated for all the problems. The car had bad oil when I bought it. Also had many codes on it within the first 16 days. This is the worst car place I have ever experienced and I recommend if you have a problem with your car buying from him. You should seek legal measures against this company.

If I can give it -5 stars I would this is the most unprofessional company in the world I ride the bus for I even think about how bad I need a car from here I been paying for 3 year in it look like I only had the car for 3mos please by all means don't get a car here JUST DONT

I was on the phone trying to figure out was is going on with my title it was supposedly sent to me or the state on 4/1/2021, which i still haven't received. So this is like my 4th call and they pick up and get my last 4 put the phone on desk wait for about 5 mins, I can hear the customer reps in background talking and picks the phone back up to tell me they have no record of my vehical and asked where i bought and p aid it off at.
