This company does NOT care about you , They are thirsty for money if i could leave 0 starts i would , they have put me through a mental depression and they will hassle you even when you told them that you cant make the payment , I pay my payments on time every two weeks and the one week i just simply couldnt the harassed me so bad i had to borrow money they bullied me and let me sob crying while i begged them to help me if i were you i would go elses where because you WILL regret it !

I spoke with him in regards to one of his sales people whom I had given a glowing review to for not returning my call in relation to not being happy with the vehicle I choose. He informed me that he would keep a eye out for another choice. He did not call me back, he did not return my calls and allowed the time to go past the actual five days. This company sells junks and when they're junk they don't want to fix or trade them in they should be absolutely ashamed of themselves

They are the worst company to buy your car from. They will not allow you extend your payment by 0 days even if you have made ontime payments for 1 year. They will cut your car off. This company scuks hope I can refinance my car somewhere else

I bought a 2019 ****** Corolla in 2020, on 12/04 I had a baby. On 11/25 I was rushed to to the hospital by ambulance and missed my payment. Due to being in the hospital on 12/5 a neighbor dropped my car off at the hospital for me to drive home once released from the hospital. I called into the office on 12/7 to discuss having my car turned back on so I can get home. I have been trying to get help for days locating a payoff check. I keep getting told they will talk to the back end and call me back which of course never happens. All I am trying to do is pay off my car. They are only trying to charge me more interest by holding the check last my payment date. No longer trust this company such a rip off.

Let's talk about predatory interest rates and usury laws. Check your contracts. I ended up paying 30k for a 15k car. Also they put on my credit report that it was charged off as a loss. Which means they get credit from the IRS as a loss. So that means they doubled dipped. They wrote it off as a loss but took my money as I paid the car off in FULL! They never fixed the status, and wrote me a email saying that it's reporting "correctly". NO ITS NOT! I just want the whole thing off my report at this point.

I purchased 2 vehicles Dodge Avengers and Chrysler 200 convertible from USauto sales. I accepted all of the warranties they offered me. Well, my dodge broke on me while I was 2 hrs away from home (engine blew). I tried calling and getting help/info about what to do next but the place just kept redirecting me to other people. Finally, 48 hrs later we got the car in the shop and the usautos took it from there. DO NOT GET CAR FROM THIS COMPANY THE WORST MISTAKE EVER!!!! THERE IS NO GRACE PERIOD AND THE RESPONSE TO EVERYTHING IS THATS POLICY, YOU CANT MAKE AN ARRANGEMENT AND THEY CANT HELP YOU UNLESS YOU'VE BEEN WITH THEM FOR SIX MONTHS WORST MISTAKE EVER IN MY LIFE.
