I bought a car from Us Auto in ********** ** on June 20, 2022 and car broke down on June 28, 2022. I got it towed to shop and it will be 3 weeks before they can look at in the mean time I have no car no loaner no rental because per us auto its out of there hands and I have to deal with warrant company and *************** telling me its out of their hands to help me get rental until claim is approved. Beware of this company. I have never dealt with such ignorance in my life. If I could give them a negative review I would. There are several car dealerships in the ATL metropolitan, but the sales people here act as if they are doing you a favor to sell you a over priced car with high mileage.Also, there staff gets flustered very easily. They transfer you around and they are an overall headache to deal with. It appears they are just hiring anybody. I purchased a 2013 ******* Sants Fe from US Auto Sales in ********** ** location in Sept. 2021. The first day i got the car it was issues and the guy that was there managing tried to deny it but the salesman told him it was. Finally they send me to get it fixed. I purchased a vehicle from Us Auto Sales back in march, the moment I left the shop I was at the mechanic shop with multiple mechanical issues. I reached out to us auto sales corporate center which they offer to exchange the vehicle I accepted the offer, a few days after having the vehicle I had to bring it to the mechanic for mechanical issues that needed to be fixed which was life threatening due to the steering wheel issue. I bought a car in sept 2021 3 days later the check engine light came on it went off so i was like okay its nothing 4-5 days later it came on again. I reached out to the guy who worked and sold the car to me at the dealership and he sent me the number to the repair manager i called for days no answer. Left a voicemail and all. I had purchased a 2015 ***** sonic early this month. No engine lights or anything were on the car when it was purchased. literally 2 days out of the one week warranty an engine light comes on but the car was still running fine. took it to auto zone for a diagnostics check and 6 different codes were showing. Sell customers cars that are in major need of repairing before the customer sign contract. Don't want to pay for services for the car that should be covered under. I only had the car 45 days with visit to mechanic shop 2 times during the 45 days I have had it, which needed major service to even operate the car! Out of money and a car. Plus my account is up to date which payment is due next month ( my first payment) I will never refer anyone to them if you ask me stay away go somewhere where you can get your money wroth

I purchased a 2015 Dodge Journey on 4/5/22 and on 4/11/22 my mom passed away and my vehicle started giving me problems the same day my mom passed I called and was told to file a claim and had to take the vehicle to the shop to get diagnosed I did that so the cost of what pep boys found was ***** to fix what they thought was needed to be fixed so I had to bring the car back because DOWC was requesting for pictures to show prof of what they are saying so the claim was denied.
