I purchase a red ************************ 2017. Thinking it was a great car. 5 months later the catalytic converter went out I thought it was covered by dealer but they informed me it wasnt. So I had to come out of pocket to get that fixed which was 2000$ which was the same amount I put down 5 months earlier to get the vehicle. I have bought 2 cars from Us auto. The 1st car was a 2011 convertible Chrysler 200. I got the car September 2020. After 6 months the *** brakes stop working and when I would go to stop the brakes would grab and release. I almost had several accidents because of this. I contacted US auto they told me to contact DOWC because I got the extended warranty. I contacted them they told me to take it to the shop of there choosing and they would pay to have it put on diagnostic machine. I done that they didn't pay. I had to pay $125. ... read more

I love to read reviews, I have never reviewed a Company with just one (1) star and not one good report.You may want to ******* your Career and you choices in employment and practices. Different payment amounts, dated **** to **** ,lies on top of lies. No signature of sales person on contract. Copies of forgery. Etc Etc. Over charged. 07/14/21 got car. 08/25/21 I shelled out ******* More than crooks.

I have never been late on my car note I just recently started a new job and I call week in advance to get my payment change. They going to tell me to call back the week of, I just called back the week of and was told that I can't make any chances on my account because it will be past due in 3 days and they need 7 days. Trash!!! They sold me a lemon, then hurried to put ****s on my credit report, bought a car two months ago, car has been in shop a month , three weeks, no one from us auto has called me trying to fix the situation, or put me in a different car, nor do they return my calls

Bought a 2013 ***** Equinox in March, I put **** down, payments was 469 and not even a full 2 months go by before having trouble.
